Refund Policy

Returns 

Returns are not accepted; all purchases are final. Under certain conditions and on a case-by-case basis, we may be able to accommodate you via refund or exchange. 

Damages / Issues

Please inspect your order upon receival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of merchandise cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on final sale items, pallet sales, or gift cards. Please discuss any questions you may have with us about an item prior to ordering. 

Refunds / Exchanges 

If your return is accepted, you must bring the item back along with a valid proof of purchase. To be eligible for such return, you must bring the item back to the store within 3-days. The item must be in the original packaging and same condition as when you received it. Refunds and exchanges are determined on an individualized, case-by-case basis. Items brought back without first requesting a return are ineligible.

Orders must be picked up within 14-days of purchase, or the item(s) will be forfeited and a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.
